Preparation checklist

  1. Define a repeatable business outcome

Write down the problem, who uses the solution and how you will measure improvement. For example, a team may want to respond more consistently to recurring enquiries.

  2. Set the scope and responsibilities

List setup work, data sources, user permissions, activity logs, training, ongoing support and who will review AI or security outputs.

  3. Review your existing tools and data

Inventory your website, email, messaging and security tools. Separate information approved for public use from personal, confidential or internal material.

  4. Compare solutions before committing

Ask about implementation, recurring charges, access controls, data handling and export options. Confirm any programme requirements against the current official solution list and application guidance.

Make your company easier to understand

Organising accurate company information into a clear, structured public profile is one practical digital-readiness activity. E12 lets businesses manage their information and approve what can be used for E12 AI search and matching.

This activity does not affect DTSPP eligibility. E12 does not guarantee inclusion, ranking or citations in external AI services.

Keep track of the official rules

Use the official DTSPP website for programme rules and application arrangements. The iGears funding guide is a separate, commercial information resource; E12 does not handle applications.
